Merfin 1060 Black Hands-Free Paper Towel Roll Dispenser

Works well for our needs. Would like better options for towels. Holder is large, sturdy. towels last a good amount of time. Easy to change the towels.

Product is very easy to install, very easy to read instructions, Paper Towel size is 10" , Will definitely buy another one in the near future.

Did not hold up to a public restroom usage and has already broken with less than one year of usage. I will try to find the part and hope for the best.

This hands free paper towel roll dispenser is well made. It has lasted a long time. I've recommend it to other people interested in buying.

Note: this is a large size napkin dispenser but overall, it does it’s job! We placed it in the bathroom or our bakery in NYC

will not recommend this product for anyone does not dispense correctly constantly have to open it up to pull the towels down. Purchase four of them all are doing the same thing my customer was very unhappy with them I had to replace them.

This roll towel dispenser does the job well and held up to daily use in our busy restaurant. However, the towel roll size to suit the dispenser is very specific and not sold everywhere, and the unit itself is very bulky.

I bought this to go over my hand wash sink in my food truck. I have never had a problem with it, and the low price was even better for me. I would definitely recommend.

the rolls inside dont stay on the holders, and the paper towels do not feed correctly after you pull one out. Most of the time the paper gets stuck inside and the wheel that is to release it out cant even fully grab the paper. You spend most of your time having to touch the side gear and manually spin out a towel. Very unproductive in a hands free unit. Sometimes when you pull down on a towel, it will release and the next sheet will stay up inside and you will need to use the key to get it to restart feeding again. We have two of these units, and both have the same problems. Looking to replace them both now.

Nice product for the price , decent quality its easy to install and it looks nice on the wall and i like the fact that it a touch free product .

great price, works very well and happy with this purchase. We are using these in the bathrooms and kitchen, and love that we can use other brands of paper towels.

This black towel dispenser is both functional and good looking. It fits nicely our decor in the bathroom. A little bulky but easy to install and maintain. The only bad part is that the key is so tiny that it can be easily misplaced.

Great towel dispenser - but make sure you get the matching towels. The dispensers all fit different sized towels - but webstaurant store sells the right towels.

Dispenser works fine, however finding the right size towels is a problem. They are 10" rolls, but make sure you ALSO check the diameter. We ordered 3 cases of 10" rolls from the companion items listed but they were not the right size. Needs to have the 2" diameter or larger, which are twice as expensive.

This is a nice paper towel dispenser for the money. The only thing bad is that it will not take the smaller core roll towels, it works fine for the bigger cores.

I purchased two of these for the rest rooms. They hang very easy and easy to fill. Great Price. Good quality! But i've ordered so much from webstaurant I know i will be happy and satisfied with all my purchases.

This unit works pretty good, a little on the cheap side as far as hands free goes so dont expect the best. But it does work well, and considering its price its worth the purchase. Works as intended, and mounts easily, cleans up easily as well. Seems to be very durable as well. Just received mine three weeks ago, so ill update but its working great so far.

This unit works very well. The hands free roll towel dispenser mounts to the wall with no effort. They are easy to load and change out when empty. Great product.
