These 11 and three-quarter inch Percision tweezers or tongs are fantastic they're great for doing very very exquisite pleadings and they're also good for picking out little things that you need to pick out of a large container

I bought this for cooking bacon and it's proven to be perfect. Traditional tongs just aren't accurate enough to grab the corners and flip like wanted. They are heavy and strong. I'd suggest them to anyone who ever asked.

these giant tweaser/ tongs are amazing i have 4 of this tong and 4 of the strait pair... i use them from mixing dressing in a deli container to plating all kind of things... they work best if you hold them like a pen...

I purchased the Mercer M35133 Offset Precision Plating Tongs because I needed to have the reach over the top of the final plated dishes created by student chefs at the Wine Country Culinary Institute at Walla Walla Community College. The Offset Tongs permitted me to teach the students the correct plating techniques without disturbing other ingredients on the plate especially if the plate was hot.
