This are a great all purpose tweezer for the cold or hot side. Keeps your hands clean and lets you get to precision when plating and getting items from bottom of containers and jars too or taking items off of plates and you don't have to "paw" over them and disturb too much. Like them a lot.

Really like these because of the functionality. I used them to replace the use of gloves when plating dishes. I was using gloves to place basil on our margherita pizza, but this is so much nicer and time saving then having to put on gloves.

These tongs were purchased to place delicate desserts on trays. I now use them for baked goods and lighter weight items. It is nice to have a variety of tongs for different purposes. One size does not fit all.

these are a bit short for me with big hands but they do a good job when i use them... i like the longer one a bit more but you cant go wrong with these... there cheap and very good quality
