Pretty good product so far. I like other Mercer Culinary products, so I gave these a shot. I bought small and medium to check the sizing. Small fit me better, the medium finger tips were a bit too long. They stretch, so you can go down a size. Light weight, much more comfortable than a metal glove, but obviously not the same protection.

I golf with a size M glove so I chose a M. It fits snug, likely to simulate your natural hand without becoming a distraction. It doesn’t replace proper knife skills and isn’t cut proof,.. but it allows you to work faster without having to worry about “if” you might cut yourself accidentally. Perfect for a mandolin.
