mercer culinary cut-resistant glove is very safe for whenever using a cutting board or working with knife. I always tell my kitchen staff wear above and below disposable clear glass before when you use this cut-resistant glove. they are pretty cheap and super safe. i really recommend this item for your staff.

Needed cut gloves for work and wanted to try these out because the price was less than most others. Definitely was skeptical. This site and these gloves delivered more than I could have imagined. Each glove came individually wrapped and everything I ordered came in well cushioned. These gloves fit well and have a good movement range, enough so that I can pick stems from grapes. They are ansi 5 so for regular food preparation with straight knives there are wonderful. They also work with serated if you're not applying alot of pressure however it's not recommended for this so if needed upgrade to 6 or 7. These wash well, I simply put them in the dishwasher with the cutting boards. They do stain if not treated like all whites but simply bleach them does fine. Definitely be buying these again when I wear them out down the line.
At first these gloves put too much pressure on the joints in my fingers (I have RA), but after wetting it down it loosened up a bit and conformed better. I cut up a 40 lb. case of chicken into strips, and it made the job faster and easier. I had greater confidence and could grip the meat with less effort. It was definitely worth the price!
