When placed on any standard full size sheet pan, it provides even heat transfer for a variety of baked goods. It's ideal for baking cookies, Danishes, or pastries. It has a naturally non-stick surface that provides an excellent release and makes oils and non-stick sprays a thing of the past.
Each corner of the mat is cut on an angle to help ensure a better overall fit in sheet pans. This angled cut helps make sure the mat lays flat to avoid ripples so that your baked goods remain flat on the sheet pan for an even and consistent bake.

I use this silicone baking mat for rolling fondant and it works like a gem. The fondant doesn't stick and the size is just right for a standard kitchen counter.
Mainly bought this mat as a work mat for sugar cookies, cake pops and other goodies. Worked great with fondant, didn’t move around at all. I would definitely recommend.
I like this mat, but it does get messy quickly cause little fine things (lint) sticks to the mat, and it doesn't move when i roll my fondant on it, Good buy!
So far, I'm not impressed. Had a harsh chemical smell that alarmed me the first time I put it in the oven, so I yanked it out and washed it thoroughly. It's also really really large - way too big for my sheet pans. I'm going to cut it down and try again eventually but I'm not eager to.

I love this silicone mat. It is machine washable, microwave safe and oven safe. It comes ib two different sizes. It is a great way to fo green and help the world
I purchased the half size of this Mercer mat in the past and I wanted to get a bigger one to try something a little unconventional. I’ve been using parchment paper for my eighth size baking pans for single servings, and I just get tired of form fitting them to fit EVERY time…it kind of goes against saving time. So, I cut this one down to size to make a custom fit mat that I can use over and over…I couldn’t find one pre-fabricated in that small of a size! So, I made my own with plenty left over to make more :)

While I do not use this for baking it works before for fondant work. The sticky nature of it aides greatly when working with fondant and fondant pieces.
