Made with a durable cast iron structure, this mixer has the toughness to withstand the wear-and-tear of a commercial kitchen and is also resistant to corrosion. The tank is made of stainless steel as is the mixing blade and the cover! The cover also boasts a safety feature that will not allow the machine to run unless the cover is closed to prevent any accidents in your busy environment.

A spacious hopper is capable of holding up to 110 lb. of meat, making it a great option for small- to medium-duty operations at establishments like butcher shops, supermarkets, and commercial kitchens. The 1/2 hp motor will effortlessly whip right through ground beef, lamb, pork, or even non-meat contents such as hard mixes and salads, cranking out items at a rate of 50 RPM. The side gear box/control panel is fully encased and protected from any liquids or other outside contaminants, giving it a prolonged service life. A simple and intuitive front panel controller switches the mixing arms on and then off again for quick and simple use.

A tilting mechanism allows for easy loading and unloading of meat products with excellent access to the mixing bin. This is also beneficial when it comes time to clean the machine as you can more effectively reach all parts of the bin. The tank comes equipped with a tank lock for safe use and is also mounted on self-adjustable ball-bearings for consistent use. A 110V electrical connection is required for operation of this unit.
