Each sandwich-style grate can hold over 40 lb. of chicken that can be easily rotated with just one hand for even, thorough cooking. The two grates have a total capacity of 80 lb. of bone-in chicken! This extremely generous capacity makes this unit perfect for commercial cooking applications.

This chicken cooker boasts over 2000 sq. in. of cooking area. Cooking is simple, just add approximately 30-35 lb. of charcoal per pit for the first rack of 40 lb. of chicken. Add approximately 10-15 lb. of charcoal for any rack thereafter. The push-around design sports a handle, two wheels, and two casters. The casters can be locked for added stability. This cooker is ideal for large crowds at fundraisers, catering events, or roadside stands.
