This is one of the best lemon extracts available. I've tried them all and this is the proper amount of top note. Bold, pure lemon character without coming off as fake or like furniture polish. It mixes in effortlessly in drinks and foods. I wish they offered this in larger containers, such as 1 or 5 gallon pails, but even so, this is a great product.

This is a great strong lemon flavoring. We use it to flavor our donut batter, glazed and icings. It’s strong so be conservative!

This extract is my favorite, it has a nice bright flavor that is crisp and delicious. It doesn't leave any strange aftertaste, or resemble floor cleaner like some extracts. The lid does tend to spill a bit but I just got a free flow liquor pourer and that solved all my problems.

The larger bottles are fantastic. We don't run out nearly as fast as we used to. We use this in our lemon cake, in addition to fresh squeezed lemons, to give it a deeper flavor. Also great in buttercream and fudge. So many uses!

Don't see myself ordering this after using bakery emulsions. It takes three times as much of the extract to achieve what an emulsion can do. This extract itself compared to others I have used in the past still took twice as much plus lemon juice to get the flavor I needed.
