Designed for use with your Matfer Bourgeat 370145 13 3/4" x 13 3/4" mousse set, this base is ideal for making mousse desserts with uniform layers and clean, straight edges for a professional and attractive appearance. It features a long-lasting, 18/10 stainless steel construction that is easy to clean after each use. It has slots that allows frames (sold separately) of different heights to stack on top.

To use, begin by placing the flat sheet on a clear surface where you will have plenty of room to work. Easily attach the stackable frame (sold separately) to the base, and fill with a dessert layer of your choice. Smooth it out, and repeat the process with more frames if desired. Freeze the entire set with the sheet if required, and when ready, the frames and the base can be easily removed one by one, giving you beautiful results with minimal effort.
