This baba mold's capacity ensures a consistent size and shape, and minimizes prep time in comparison to hand-molding. Plus, it offers portion control, allowing you to cut down on waste and food costs.

This cylindrical mold is made of durable stainless steel for longevity. The classic shape makes it ideal for baking rum baba and Dariole cakes. It can even be used for creating individual servings of other popular menu items like fish mousse and flans.
