This mold is made of Exopan fine steel with a convenient non-stick coating inside and protective enamel outside for longevity. Use it in your bakery, restaurant, cafe, or catering operation.
Its 8 1/4" x 5 1/2" x 3 1/2" size is great for pate terrines, foie gras, and pate en croute. Additionally, the hinged sides allow for easy removal of your finest baked goods.
Exopan fine steel combines the quality of cooking in tinplate with the conveniences of non-stick coating. To clean, simply wipe the pan inside and out by hand with hot water, a degreasing product, and a soft cloth. Exopan steel should not be exposed to humidity.
