Attention CA Residents:These are entirely too expensive. I bought the gelato case they are made for thought these pans would be included. Nope, they weren't. Had to buy them separate and really don't think that the price for one pan is even remotely reasonable.

This is a very high quality gelato pan that is a pleasure to work with. It can also be used with ice cream and sherbet. It cleans easily and is very shiny, that ads up to the quality.
