I used this twice in my homemade marshmallows. It was delicious when I mixed it with fresh squeezed lemon juice. I would tastier in homemade taffy candy. I will try that next. The children also loved this in the 6 layered cotton candy cake where one layer was watermelon. It has a distinct taste and it is very delicious. Its a good idea to try these super strength flavor in various sweet treats. I turned out great in the cotton candy and marshmallows. You wont be disappointed.

This is the expensive worst flavor ever. I had hope this product has good flavor since it's really pricy. No matter how much I use, 1 oz, 2 oz or 1 tsp in 12 quart water, the taste is very chemical like. No one like it. I decided not using it at all for our water melon lemonade. Worst flavor ever. I really like to return this.

It actually tastes like watermelon very impressed with this one. It doesn't bake out which I was worried about only giving 4 stars because it is a little smelly
