To easily proof your dough, pair this pan with a compatible lid (sold separately).

This pan features a Pre Seasoned Tuff-Kote® finish that provides permanent stick resistance to ensure easy release. The Tuff-Kote® finish eliminates the need for pre-seasoning, and it ensures an even, perfect crust. Plus, the coating will not peel, chip, or flake off over time, and it's safe to use metal utensils on it.
