Giving this two stars at best. It is really too short for a commercial kitchen. Material is good and it should last so I could not honestly give it a lower rating. Used it (or tried to use it) to scrape out a bowl of tempered chocolate and it was a total mess. Had chocolate all up the handle and all over my hands. The scraper blade is not entirely flat like the trade show give-away bowl scrapers. Sort of dished or cupped if you will so it retains some of what you are scraping when you wipe it against the lip of the mixing bowl. At least this is the case with melted chocolate. The blade profile may promote stability in the blade and it may work for bread dough or cookie dough but I cannot imagine trying to use it to scrape a mixer bowl mid-batch.
