This triple stacked, gas-powered oven is made with durable, easy-to-clean stainless steel designed to withstand commercial use and is ideal for a variety of cooking applications, including making pizzas, toasting sandwiches, roasting vegetables, and preparing seafood in both fast and fine dining establishments. This unit accommodates large food items thanks to its 3 sizeable 24" width cooking chambers with (3) 48 7/16" x 24 3/4" conveyor belts and is designed for faster cook times as well as uniform heating and cooking thanks to its high-output design. Versatile, independent speed and top- and bottom-fan airflow controls that range from 40-100 percent ensure balanced airflow on all sides and allow you to customize the cooking process to achieve perfect bake results every time. This item is designed for freestanding use. Its gas-powered design is less costly to operate and creates a rapid heat buildup that will allow it to reach desired temperatures quickly with rapid recovery.

This compact, high-output triple stacked oven features a temperature range of 250-600 degrees Fahrenheit, front-removable, automated continuous cook platform conveyors with end stops, and a variable conveyor speed with a range of 20 seconds to 30 minutes. It's also designed for easy one-touch belt direction changes. This unit's front-side touchscreen controls offer 20 preset recipes with the ability to display up to 8 preset recipes, ensuring that staff of any skill level can work it. With the ability to cook 30 percent faster than other models of Lincoln ovens, this triple stacked conveyor oven will optimize efficiency in your kitchen and allow for ultimate menu flexibility.

This oven features a 70 dBA rating and a state-of-the-art one-touch ECO mode that maintains the set oven temperature and saves energy costs when the oven is not in use. Removable, hinged front doors allow easy access to internal components for cleaning and maintenance, including removable universal, 2-piece fingers that are also easy to clean and can be removed and reinstalled with ease. This 1-phase triple stacked conveyor oven is compatible with Lincoln Aperion equipment and accessories, including half-pass window doors and split belt options (sold separately) to maximize your output. This unit comes standard with 4" bullet feet. It requires a 120V electrical connection for operation.

Yes, however, Lincoln ovens are only meant to be stacked with other Lincoln ovens. Under no circumstances should Lincoln ovens be used in a stacking configuration with other oven brands nor should Lincoln DCTI models be stacked more than 2 units high.
