We've been really happy overall with this mug. We feature a "mule list" in addition to our other cocktails on our drink menu and we always use plenty of photos on the list itself because this mug is unique and different from the standard copper mugs elsewhere. The weight of the cup is somewhat lighter than I expected, but we haven't had any durability issues. We hand wash these mugs behind our bar, rather than running them through our dish machine.
