I like how the bottoms are straight lines down. We have not had any chip or break. One did have a visual flaw near the top, but is still usable.

So bad they seem to crack in all of the same places as soon as the glass gets flipped into the dish tray, extremely sensitive.

These glasses are much sturdier, heavier, and thicker than my previous glasses. They're not heavy, like a small child would be tempted to drop it, but heavy enough to know you have a good grip on your drink. They're very simple and classic which adds a sort of elegance to a glass of tea or water. I am very pleased with my purchase and I think they are very well priced.

I like the thick base on these glasses - it makes them feel very substantial in the hand. I know it was by design, but the sides do feel very very thin which almost contradicts the heavy base. They wash well and come out looking crystal clear.
