All-purpose Durability
You need a durable unit to move product from place to place, and this model comes prepared for the task with a rugged reinforced steel cabinet construction, powder-coated door hinges that resist corrosion, and a reinforced compressor unit that prevents damage from vibration. The exterior features a high-gloss primer that looks great and provides an additional layer of protection against humidity, corrosion, and other weather conditions. For further protection, a rain guard keeps the elements out of your unit.
Superior Insulation
This cooler boasts 3" thick CFC-free polyurethane insulation on the ceiling, walls, and floors, and balloon gaskets on the 2 doors to lock in cold air, retain the desired temperature, and keep operation costs low. The temperature can be adjusted via a control on the inside of the unit, and you can monitor it with a dial thermometer on the exterior.
Comfortably Store Product
The door size on this cooler measures 25" x 57", large enough for you to comfortably load and unload product with ease. The interior of this unit is 148 cu. ft. and features a stucco-embossed galvanized steel liner that looks great and holds up to hard use. For added safety, it includes an inside door release.
Power Cord Included
A 20' power cord is included, and it requires a 120V, 20 amp connection.
Optional Trailer Mounting
Structural mounting locations allow for mounting on a trailer (sold separately).
Added Convenience
This cooler uses an auto defrost refrigeration system with R134a refrigerant. Compared to a coil plate unit, it trades a little bit of interior capacity for the convenience of not having to shut the unit down and clean it out during defrost cycles. Condensation is continually removed before it can freeze, and better airflow means it will recover faster from open doors, too.
