Rugged Construction
You need a durable unit to move product from place to place, and this model comes prepared for the task with a rugged reinforced steel cabinet construction, powder-coated door hinges that resist corrosion, and a reinforced compressor unit that prevents damage from vibration. The exterior features a high-gloss primer / top coat that looks great and provides an additional layer of protection against humidity, corrosion, and other weather conditions.
Superior Insulation
This freezer transport boasts 3" thick CFC-free polyurethane insulation and balloon gaskets on the door to lock in cold air, retain the desired temperature, and keep operation costs low. The temperature is adjusted via a control on the inside of the unit, and you can monitor it with a dial thermometer on the exterior.
25" x 57" Opening
The door opening on this transport measures 25" wide x 57" high, large enough for you to comfortably load and unload product with ease. A rain guard keeps the elements out of your unit.
Embossed Galvanized Interior
The interior of this unit is 140 cu. ft. and features a stucco-embossed galvanized steel liner that looks great and holds up to hard use. For added safety, it includes an inside door release.
Labor-Saving Auto Defrost System
This transport uses an auto defrost refrigeration system with R-404A refrigerant. Compared to a coil plate unit, it trades a little bit of interior capacity for the convenience of not having to shut the unit down and clean it out during defrost cycles. Condensation is continually removed before it can freeze, and better airflow means it will recover faster from open doors, too. A 20' power cord is included, and it requires a 115V, 20 amp connection.
