This hoisin sauce is my favorite by far! The flavor is great for stir fry, which is how I usually use it, but can also be used for dipping, or even as a glaze.

Good product, arrives undamaged
Lee Kum Kee’s 20 oz. Hoisin Sauce is a versatile, high-quality condiment that brings authentic Asian flavor to a variety of dishes.
Flavor and value are great. The only down side is that the cans almost always come dented up. They are in a box, in a box, but still come banged up and are often difficult to open because of the severe dents.

This Black Bean Garlic Sauce is by far the best one I've tried. It is very thick and rich, without being overpowering in dishes. Once heated up it thins out a little, and is very easy to mix into stir fry.
This stuff is delicious for dipping egg rolls and spring rolls in, and it is a great topping for Chinese food. It is sweet and tastes like plums, but it still goes great with savory food like meat and vegetables.
