Lavex Stainless Steel Surface-Mounted Jumbo Double-Roll Toilet Tissue Dispenser

We purchased over 15 of these toilet paper dispensors. Several of them came damaged and bent. They are relatively easy to install however, the sheet metal is very thin and flimsy. Several other units have been bent by customers and the lids have a difficult time closing. There is a certain trick to the way you answered the key and turn it to lock and unlock the dispenser. We shouldn’t have this train stop on how to use simple locks and keys. The screw that keeps the lock together has been backing out of several of the units within weeks of install. No replacement parts available through manufacture. If you’re considering buying this, pay more and get a better quality. Or just buy the plastic version and you would still come out ahead if you had to buy them three times over rather than buying this unit. M5-0.8 thread thank me later
