The product itself may be fine but THE BOX IS NOT INCLUDED AND THE BOX SIZE NEEDED IS NOT LISTED! To add the the frustration, I spoke with customer service and was provided a box size that was incorrect. Fortunately, I did not believe the information from them and held off ordering. I'm not giving up on WEBSTAURANT but am ordering the boxes from U-Line. This is a situation that WEBSTAURANT could have easily avoided.
