The first use it crumbled and cracked on first contact probably due to operator's error, that's me. After properly wetting it, it did its job as it should. Was actually shocked to see the stain and dirt it removed, where I previously used a sponge to do the same job. So far, I only used them on the doors and baseboards, which required me to scrub at the very minimal. It does leave smudges; I just use a damp cloth with Pine Cleaner to remove that. The only issue now is that I did not order enough.
