Lavex 13" Corded Walk Behind Disc Floor Scrubber with Scrub Brush - 3 Gallon

I’ve read the negative reviews. My experience has not been in accordance with the negative reviews. I bought this for a nearly 4,000 sq. ft. house (mostly tile). This makes short work vs the old way. The 3 gallon reservoir is way better than sloshing around a 5 gallon bucket of dirty mop water. A single fillup will easily cover 450 sq. ft.- even if it’s a filthy kitchen floor. As of yet, I have never had an issue. The unit is still relatively new and hasn’t had the opportunity to test durability. The unit has some weight behind it, but easily managed in operation (kinda like mowing the grass). If you are asking if you should buy, I’d venture and say yes. But only if it is for a single floor residence. I would say this product is well suited for heavy RESIDENTIAL use. I would look at other units for commercial applications. No, I’m not a paid person to submit a review. Just some dude from Texas who hates mopping.

Great machine for the price, the vacuum function works great and the scruber can get up most stuck on stains/debris

I bought this machine to save on my back from using my smaller orbital scrubber on larger jobs. The machine scrubs great and does a good job because my jobs vary I decided on the corded one so I wouldn't have down time waiting on batteries and 80' of cord seemed like plenty to do any job. Downside to the machine is the long cord is a pain to roll up when finished it should be a pigtail design to make running with a cord wrap easier and had a hook for hanging the cord. The mid mounted vacuum makes getting water up a pain unless your moving forward with the machine with makes spot scrubbing hard than it has to be. I bought the floor scrubber 4 weeks ago but did not use it till last weekend soon as I put water in the tank it started leaking out of the quick connection in the front of the machine I contacted WebstaurantStore and started a return they would not give me a return tickets said I had to contact the warranty department even how I was still within the first 30 days money back policy, I contacted lavex and they responded with in a day but also said I need to contact webstaurant warranty I have done this I still have not heard back from anyone I had planned to buy more machines but I won’t buy from webstaurant again.

As a new business owner, I purchased this floor scrubber with the intention of using it daily for commercial cleaning jobs. Unfortunately, my experience has been nothing short of frustrating since day one. Right out of the box, it was clear the machine was poorly assembled. Every single screw was loose, as if the unit had been hand-tightened by someone with no mechanical training. This is completely unacceptable for a machine intended for regular use in demanding environments. Many of the screws were in hard-to-reach places, making it even more difficult to fully secure the unit after purchase. Adding to the problem, the specific compatible brush has been unavailable for over five months, making the scrubber essentially non-functional.
