Upgrade your material handling system with this Lavex powered conveyor. This motorized until features a space-saving design, and it allows multiple lines to be tiered up to take up less vertical space. It operates using 24V DC motorized rollers with 3 individual control zones, allowing you to move product along the conveyer one zone at a time. This design also includes photo-eye sensors to start and stop the conveyor automatically. Each zone features a maximum load rating of 110 lb.

This unit offers quiet operation for nondisruptive use. It features an ample 5' length with a usable width of 21" between the frames to transport product. It has 1 15/16" diameter rollers constructed of 16 gauge, galvanized flo-coat steel, ensuring it can withstand frequent use in your industrial facility. These rollers have 4 1/2" centers between each. An O-ring style drive belt connects each roller in the zone to the motor.

This durable conveyor boasts a 10 gauge steel frame with a blue powder-coated finish. For additional versatility, it features stationary, adjustable support legs. These legs adjust from 20" to 26" high, allowing you to create the perfect working height for your facility. This unit comes complete with a mounted 120V power supply for quick and easy setup.
