This like some of the other things ordered was the first time trying this bacon. I kept one pack of it and gave my son the other it was their first time trying it as well. Will be ordering more very soon. Everyone loved it after it was fried it wasn't tough like a lot of bacon is. It has the best flavor I think my son and his family have already finished off the pack I gave them from the way they talked the other day. They want more.
To be brutally honest this bacon was sliced thinly and produced much more bacon grease. I use the grease for other cooking so it’s not a bad thing just a little disappointed in the thickness..I purchased 2 cases so I am into my 2nd package of the 1st case so maybe just a bad cut?? Tom
