People Talk About:large February excellent event employee cooking cook condenses cold batches
i made 16 gallons of this in 4 large roasters for an employee appreciation event in February. It was excellent soup for a cold snowy day. If making in large batches like I did, I recommend cooking for a longer period of time with the lid off. It allows the vegetables to fully cook and condenses it further.
