sauce asian flavor plum sweet kikkoman love sauces container crowdi was disappointed in this sauce and i found it didn't add any quality or depth to my cooked items....its just a sweet semi-pasty sauce with a flavor that is hard to describe but in my opinion has no flavor of plums....i ended up throwing it out

Plum sauce may very well be the most incredible sauce enhancer known to man. We used this five pound container of plum sauce for a few secret sauces at three different Big Green Egg festivals this summer. We were absolutely blown away by the crowd response. Mix some of this with any of the other Asian sauces or seasonings from Kikkoman and you will not go wrong.

This five pound container of Kikkoman Plum sauce is a crowd pleaser for sure. I do like the sweetness of the sauce but it can be a little too much for some. I love the bulk purchasing option. Would highly recommend also for the impressive price.

At a local Asian restaurant I visit there is always a bottle of sauce on the table that I love but couldn't place. It was this! It almost tastes like sweet tarts to me.
This is a thick sauce with a sweet flavor. It isn't overly sweet but just enough. It is good as a dipping sauce for Asian foods and other types too.
