Ensure safety in your establishment with this Kidde battery operated carbon monoxide alarm 21026458. This smoke alarm uses an electrochemical sensor to detect carbon monoxide. It has a loud piezoelectric horn that emits 85 decibels at 10' away to audibly alert patrons. It is easy to install on any wall, ceiling, or tabletop, and it can operate in temperatures ranging from 40 to 100 degrees Fahrenheit.

This unit features a test / reset button to easily test that it is working properly or to reset the alarm. This allows you to immediately silence any nuisance alarms triggered be non-hazardous sources. This unit includes a red LED that flashes in alarm mode and a green LED to indicate that power is present. If the alarm previously detected CO levels of 100 ppm or greater, the green LED will flash every 10 seconds.

This unit includes (2) AA batteries for operation. Since it is battery operated, it will work during power outages. The alarm conveniently chirps when the batteries need to be replaced. It comes with a low battery hush feature to temporarily silence this chirping for up to 12 hours. This provides you with plenty of time to install a replacement.
