Outstanding customer service!!!
The 24 x 60 inch (actual size is 24-15/16” x 60) walnut topped table shipped a couple weeks faster than the original estimate (a good thing). The table was easy to set up, but when leveling the feet one of them was stuck and shattered when adjusting its height leaving part of the adjustable foot inside. I sent pictures to WebstaurantStore customer service and they responded quickly. A replacement leg was sent out from the manufacturer right away. At every step, customer service kept me updated on the issue status.??The new leg/foot wasn’t stuck, and I sprayed galvanized metal safe silicone into the threads which made it even easier to turn.??Love the John Boos & Co. walnut top!
It’s set up in our newly remodeled kitchen now and we’re enjoying it very much!
