Our last order of hazelnut creamers arrived in several cases; each case had six small boxes with 24 creamers per box (see photo). Out of each box of 24, 3-7 creamers were busted and had to be thrown away (see photos). The remainder had to be washed to be used (see photo). We noticed the plastic was thinner than what we bought before. This thin plastic bends during packing or shipping resulting in small cracks (see photo). Previous creamers had ridged stronger plastic (see photo). Loss of seven out of 24 creamers is unacceptable as it wastes money, and having to wash creamers wastes time. Please stock only the stronger plastic creamers. If we can’t receive them in better condition, we will be requesting refunds and may have to consider alternate purchasing options.

We used this creamer for our weekly church services. This flavor of creamer was our church congregation's least favorite. It did not fly off the shelves as quickly as the regular or french vanilla. I wouldn't recommend this flavor unless you already know you like it.

The Hazelnut International Delight creamers were exactly as stated. Purchasing creamers that are shelf stable make life so much easier. The ease of using them for multiple events and not worrying about keeping them cold is what really sold me!

Excellent product. With all of the Covid issues and needing to use portion control item to decrease handing things these are perfect! Shelf stable packaging so it’s not taking up fridge space either.
