This Imperial Range salamander broiler is a perfect addition to your busy commercial kitchen. Designed with a powerful 40,000 BTU infrared burner, you can use the broiler to melt cheese, broil vegetables, toast sandwiches, and finish off casseroles and cuts of meat with ease. The heavy-duty spring and slide-out mechanism allow for easy maneuvering of the tray to ensure smoother operation, while 4-position locks keep the heavy-gauge rack firmly in place. Additionally, a protective screen covers the burner to keep crumbs and debris from clogging up the unit.

Dual die-cast metal knobs are built into the broiler for easy temperature control. The ultra-durable 304 stainless steel construction guarantees reliable durability and an extensive service life. Around the exterior, the welded frame assembly creates a smooth, seamless appearance, making this unit as eye-catching as it is functional. The 3/4" manifold requires a natural gas connection for operation. Additional mounting options (sold separately) are available to suit your space.
