Upgrade your restaurant's cooking capabilities by adding this Imperial Range IHPA-6-36-E 36" electric 6 burner hot plate to your commercial kitchen. With (6) 9" round plate elements, this unit allows you to cook six stock pots or fry pans at the same time with maximum pan contact. The plates provide a solid flat surface for quick and even heating and they are operated by infinite heat controls for easy, flexible operation.

The unit has a durable stainless steel construction with welded and polished seams, and a solid top that prevents spills for easy cleaning. The cast aluminum control knobs include heat protection grips to protect users hands, while a large 5" landing edge provides a convenient place to plate food. Complete with 4" adjustable stainless steel legs, this unit can be easily placed on an equipment stand or refrigerated base. This unit requires 240V, 3 phase electrical connection for operation.

Stay away from Imperial! I ordered this unit and when it came and we turned it on it was clear the plates were not heating up. So we contacted Webstaurant, Webstaurant contacted Imperial - first technician visit scheduled. So three hours later technician confirms what I’m saying is true and order one hot plate replacement. We wait for part to come in and be installed. Then he comes back , installs the part. Leaves. We check the unit - it’s not heating. We call imperial again. They schedule a technician again - technician comes in, checks everything - out of 6 plates ( including the brand new that was just installed), only 1 is working. And the new one ( the one that was just replaced) is working as per technician only at 80%. So the technician calls Imperial and imperial schedules for more parts to come in! Which Read More
