If you're a fan of tradition, then this Imperia stainless steel electric pasta machine is the perfect addition to your kitchen! Designed to make pasta right from the countertop, this machine is powered by a 1/4 hp motor and features 8 5/8" adjustable rollers for beautiful, wide pasta sheets. The rollers adjust to vary the thickness of the pasta, offering a maximum opening of 2", to best suit your desired output. You can use a variety of pasta cutters (sold separately) to cut fettuccine, lasagnette, and even spaghetti! This machine is made of stainless steel to ensure that it's both durable and reliable. The stainless steel construction also makes it naturally resistant to corrosion and rust for long-lasting use and greater food safety. Whether you own a quaint country inn, a specialty Italian restaurant, or an up-and-coming farm-to-table cafe in the city, you'll love the nostalgic spin that this machine puts on pasta making! Besides the fact that you can enjoy the process of making pasta for your unique recipes, you can capitalize on the farm-to-table trend by marketing fresh homemade pasta to your customers. This unit requires a 110V connection for operation. Overall Dimensions: Width: 17" Depth: 14" Height: 15" Roller Width: 8 5/8"

We use this for rolling cannoli dough. The handle is removable to save space; we only use the electric feature. Comes with a little plastic paddle to make the rollers easier to clean without having to disassemble. Top feeding plate comes off as well to save space. The finger guards are a little annoying but good for safety.

After buying a Kitchenaid Pro mixer, than a Hobart (both using attachments), I finally stepped up to the Imperia. It is an absolute game changer, very well built, efficient, and with the proper care, I expect this to last a lifetime. It is definitely worth the cost, and will pay off in the long run with saving time and stress.
