It is designed to withstand high-speed impacts and to be heavy-load crash tolerant. It was NTPEP tested to withstand 200 hits at 70 mph. It also meets MUTCD specifications, and it is a category 1, self-certified work zone device.

This delineator boasts a bright white color with (2) 3" red reflective bands made of abrasion-resistant type V reflective sheeting. This ensures clear visibility to direct driver or pedestrians. This delineator is made of flexible plastic with a white cap on top. This durable construction is resistant to UV light, ozone, and hydrocarbons.
