Keep up with demand using the Ice-O-Matic 21" air-cooled quartz nugget ice machine. This ice machine can produce up to 365 lb. of quartz nugget ice per day. Quartz nugget ice is a harder ice that allows for better dispensing and a slower melt rate. This unit features a durable stainless steel evaporator and industrial-grade, maintenance-free roller bearings for long-lasting performance. It also has a heavy-duty gearbox with a load monitoring system that constantly checks the workload on the gearbox, shutting down the system before a problem develops and preventing costly repairs.

This ice machine boasts an air-cooled condenser and uses energy-efficient R-290 refrigerant. It also features a built-in water sensor that eliminates low or no water failures, and it's designed to operate in adverse water conditions. Its built-in, non-contact ice detection fail safe automatically shuts off the system when the bin is full. This unit requires a 115V electrical connection and must be hardwired. This quartz nugget ice machine uses less water and power than standard cube ice makers, making it a perfect choice for your establishment!
