Perfect for virtually any food service operation, hospital, school, or resort, this unit produces crescent cube ice that is great for food displays and in beverages. Each crescent cube measures approximately 1 1/8" x 1/2" x 1 1/2". For both ease of overall cleaning and maximum performance, the machine features integrated ultrasonic bin control. The unit is perfect for hotels, bars, restaurants, and buffets.

For impressive performance, the unit has an EverCheck alert system for dependable use and a CycleSaver design for energy efficiency. The CycleSaver design allows for the production of the same amount of ice in half the cycles of other ice machines, maximizing performance and energy efficiency while consistently producing crescent shaped ice cubes that are both crystal clear in appearance and easy to chew. The EverCheck alert system notifies you when your machine needs to be serviced, making maintenance simpler than ever. Plus, an assisted 1 hour cleaning process is offered through the CleanAssist feature. Its self-diagnostic programming will automatically adjust to changing conditions for reliable use in a variety of settings.

This unit comes with an ice storage bin that has a durable stainless steel finish, which is resistant to rust and corrosion, and a sanitary polyethylene bin liner that is bright blue, which provides high visibility for a clearer view of the ice within. It can hold up to 500 lb. of ice, so that you always have a large supply on hand for busy hours. The ice storage bin's liner is made with H-GUARD Plus antimicrobial agent to keep ice sanitary for the safety and satisfaction of your guests. It also ensures an interior that withstands the test of time as well as the resilient stainless steel exterior. It has (4) 6" adjustable legs that stabilize the unit on uneven floors and lift it off the ground to make cleaning under it simpler, and a blue ice scoop is included with the unit that is also made with H-GUARD Plus Antimicrobial agent for added protection against bacteria formation.

This one is built with a strong and sleek stainless steel exterior and even features a stainless steel dual-sided KMEdge evaporator. This 1-phase unit operates using R-290 hydrocarbon refrigerant. It requires a 115V electric connection, and the ice machine must be hardwired. A cord and plug are not included.
