Attention CA Residents:This pepper is not a course ground, it's it's more of a cracked pepper. Was not a good product for our use as a bbq rub. But maybe good if your looking for a cracked pepper.

This is exactly what I needed, a course ground pepper. Cracked pepper is too thick to use on meats other than au poivre whereas this can be used for seasoning burgers in my case.
