I was unable to even use this product, as everytime that I received the honey, it was burst open in the box that it was shipped in. Fix your shipping standards Webstaurant!

Top of (2) bottles were broken off. Product wasn't damaged. But, better care needs to be taken when shipping

For the price, this can't be beat. We use it in dressings and cookies. Really like it.

This is a great option for bulk honey that has a great flavor! At our local cafe, we serve it in lattes, teas, and even drizzles over some of our toasts! It is amazing!

This does NOT taste like alfalfa honey. Alfalfa honey should be light and have flavors of vanilla with some floral tones. This honey tastes like it has molasses in it. The color is darker than it should be and when I warmed some up in my tea, it tasted like the floor of a barn. Of course, this is a consumable product so it is not returnable. I have 3 buckets of honey I cannot use. Feels like a bait and switch. I bought some Orange Blossom a few years back and it had a similar barn floor taste, whereas true Orange Blossom honey should taste like grape candy. Their Buckwheat is delicious, though. Makes me wonder what is happening to the rest of their line.

I've bought about 4 of these 60lb buckets (orange blossom) for home-brewing over the past 3 years. A few notes on this honey: The mead you can make with this isn't at all bad and is totally drinkable, but wont knock your socks off. As a primary sugar source for brewing it is adequate. As a secondary sugar source, such as for cysers, braggots, and pyments, or to augment higher-quality honeys, it is extremely hard to beat for flavour and price. I would strongly recommend this to those wanting to get into mead, as it's a VERY economical source of honey to use as you dial in your technique and learn the craft. I would also recommend this to established home-brewers, again as an economical option for experiments or to just have around. FYI this stuff make a dang good hydromel - shoot for 6% abv, back-sweeten, and balance the acidity with lime juice.

This product is outstanding.my only issue was the packaging. I ordered two bottles of honey and both caps were broken and the box was coated with honey and leaking out. Not much honey was missing but it could have been packed much better.

This is a dark honey and very sweet. A little too sweet in my opinion, but I am use to using spring raw honey and while this brand is organic, it is likely from fall flowers given its darkness. Probably not something I'd buy again because it's just too sweet for my taste.

BEST flavor on the market!

Bought 30 gallons of wildflower honey. Great price and came shipped without a problem. Taste was awesome. Using this for mead so I was surprised at the great fruity and floral notes at such a good price. Very high quality honey. YMMV, wildflower is a mixed bag but this was great. I'll definitely be buying hundreds of gallons in the future.
