Enhance your coffee shop or small restaurant with the Hive Cafe 6 cold brew system! This innovative system features a fast gravity cold drip brewing process that delivers a smooth and rich cold brew in just 25-30 minutes. The 6 lb. capacity hexagonal brewing chamber and dispersion plate ensure even extraction of flavors, resulting in a consistent and delicious brew every time. With a 1 gallon stainless steel water reservoir and adjustable water flow, you have full control over the brewing process to achieve the perfect cold brew concentrate. The concentrate can easily be diluted with water to suit your customers' preferences. 6 lb. of coffee and 3 gallons of water makes 2 gallons of standard 7.5 TDS concentrate, but when diluted, it can yield 9 to 10 gallons of ready-to-drink cold brew. It also has a concentrate output yield of 2 gallons per batch. The 4 gallon collection chamber is equipped with a convenient tap for easy distribution. This unit is great for commercial coffee shops and restaurants.
Designed for convenience and efficiency, this cold brew system is perfect for creating ready-to-drink cold brew coffee, making it versatile for a variety of beverages like iced drinks and affogatos. Its accelerated cold extraction ensures exceptional flavor and optimum quality with every brew. Crafted from stainless steel and food-grade plastic, this system retains the flavors of your coffee blends while ensuring easy cleaning with just a quick rinse. Additionally, the stainless steel filter eliminates the need for disposable filters, reducing waste and saving you money in the long run. Because grounds are not agitated during the process, you'll experience low turbidity and require no secondary filtering. Durable and shatter-proof, the water tank, brew chamber, and collection tank provide a reliable and long-lasting solution for your cold brew needs without the need for electric or compressed air connections. Elevate your beverage offerings with this efficient and flavor-preserving cold brew system!

I don't feel it's worth the steep price tag. I've wasted a ton of coffee dialing this in and still have inconsistent results.
