Good product that our customers love. However, because the product now comes in a bag.. there is a lot of waste. Please bring back the #10 can of Hershey's Caramel. We purchased pumps specifically for #10 cans and this product is a hassle to deal with.

I absolutely love this Caramel topping. The flavor is authentic and the price is great. The only issue is with the bag but i can work around that.

This new system is going to take a second for me to be comfortable with. When you pierce the top it feels like your going to go threw the bag. Good news it you won't. It's the same great product as before. I miss the cans though...

This by far is the best caramel topping. It doesn’t drizzle down and sets perfectly. We use this for all our cupcakes and pies! It has great flavor and is of good consistency. Highly recommended.

Great caramel topping. I'm sure that the product stays fresher longer and is easier to transport in this new pouch packaging. Admittedly, life was easier for staff when we could just purchase the cans and recycle those when we ran through them. These pouches make for more work for staff with keeping the permanent containers clean. Had to buy a #10 sized permanent stainless steel jar from another online retailer to keep using our topping warmer with this caramel sauce. Good product, I just wish they still had the cans!

This caramel is so convenient and smooth. I put them in the squeeze bottles that I also ordered off the website. It’s a quick way to add caramel drizzle into the cup for frappes and coffees or to even drizzle on top of whip cream!
This is such a great topping and makes also a great filling! We definitely recommend this to anyone wanting a delicious filling. It's so easy to drizzle even without warming it up. The best part we like about this is that it tases so good and not too heavy like other brands. Another way to use this product is to mix it with your buttercream!
I use the Hershey's caramel topping to go along with my apple sticks. We sell them at the state fair and every one loves the Hershey's caramel. I would definitely recommend this product if you have a sweet tooth for caramel.
Just used this on Thanksgiving! Made a homemade Pumpkin Cheesecake, and was trying to think of a topping. I poured this on the center of the cheesecake, and edged it with whipped creme. When you took a slice out, the caramel leaked down the sides... DELICIOUS!
When I found that Hershey’s made this product I just had to try it. It was bigger then we needed so I decided to make cookies using it and they were delicious.
I thought Hershey's only made chocolate sauces, but I am glad that I have found this. It goes well on just about any dessert, not just ice cream!
