I'm using this as a consumer (I eat about 100g of cocoa a day), and this is excellent! It's a little different than the brand sold in the grocery store, but I actually PREFER this to that if you can believe it. More economical and the nutrition is on-point - only 10 calories per tablespoon, while most cocoas are 20+. This is far better tasting than natural cocoas which tend to very bitter. I have ordered 25lb cases 3-4 times now from WS, and will continue to do so. Orders are always processed and shipped quickly, and I think I contacted their customer service once about a year ago with good results.

This cocoa is amazing! It is super dark and rich, and makes our treats so decadent and tasty! It was pretty lumpy...but it's totally worth sifting! BEST COCOA EVER!
