This cheese grater features an aluminum head and stainless steel drum, which can be removed without tools for convenient cleaning. Plus, if you're concerned about the safety and durability of this machine, this model has an added safety microswitch and a brake motor that allows for prolonged starting and stopping of the machine without the danger of it becoming overheated!
