Keep your pre-heated food at an ideal temperature with this Hatco 24 1/8" x 16" x 9 5/16" drop-in induction dry heated food well. Ideal for restaurants, caterers, and cafeterias, this unit boasts a durable, glass-ceramic well bottom that keeps pre-heated food warm and ready to serve. It's also equipped with a safety sensor that prevents the unit from turning on unless a pan is inserted, preventing injury and saving energy. This food well accommodates a 2 1/2" or 4" deep, full-size pan or an equivalent combination of smaller pans, such as (2) 1/2 size pans or (3) 1/3 size pans.

This unit features 2 heat zones with a temperature sensor in each. It has a mountable control panel that allows you to set the temperature between 150 and 210 degrees Fahrenheit. The control panel can also be set in Celsius, and it offers 5 presets to choose from. The food well also includes a single stainless steel bezel and two support bars for stability. Thanks to its compact size, this unit is perfect for kitchens of any size. A 1 phase, 208/240V electrical connection is required for the operation of this food well.
