Hatco HCWBIX-3DA 120/208V 3 PHASE Details
Keep hot foods hot and cold foods cold all at once with this Hatco 45" x 27" x 26 9/16" remote hot / cold drop-in well without condensing unit. This model features a cold mode and a hot mode that are perfect for holding pre-chilled and pre-heated foods. Its cold mode requires a condenser (sold separately). The unit is made with adjustable set points to automatically keep foods at their ideal temperatures. This makes it great for use in buffets, catered events, and cafeterias. The unit can hold up to 3 full-size pans or an equivalent combination of smaller pans, such as (6) 1/2 size or (9) 1/3 size pans (each sold separately). This drop-in well does not come with a condensing unit, giving you flexibility when setting up your hot / cold configuration.
The cold mode is equipped with an auto-defrost function, pan supports, and excellent insulation. Its hot mode features the hydro-heater food rethermalizer / bain-marie heater, which contains "free-flow" technology. This technology is designed to provide the well with a longer life and create a safe, ergonomic operation. Plus, it comes with a 20' cord and a remote control box that can be field mounted on a vertical front counter up to 5' away, offering you easy access. A 3 phase, 120/208V electrical connection is required for the operation of this drop-in well.
