Keep your most popular cold foods chilled throughout the day with the Hatco CWBX-S4 SLANT standard four pan drop-in remote refrigerated cold food well! Designed to hold pre-chilled food at a safe serving temperature, this cold food well is perfect for restaurants, cafeterias, and buffets. The well accommodates 4 standard 12" x 20" pans.
The well is set with a 5 degree slant. The light tilt automatically adds easier access and product visibility for your customers, giving you a chance to effectively show off your signature cold dishes! This unit uses an environmentally-friendly insulation to keep your well evenly and effectively cooled and more eco-conscious. The well is shipped with a control panel, so you are able to install your cold food well in the most convenient and desirable location for your business, without being tied down by a condensing unit.
For long-lasting durability, this unit features a steel exterior housing and a stainless steel well. The inside wall of the unit is angled to provide even more product visibility and easier access to food items, helping to expedite service during busy hours. A 1" drain siphons runoff from inside the well to allow for easy cleaning. A 120V electrical connection is required for operation.
