Perfect for a buffet, restaurant, or upscale wedding reception, this carving station will impress your guests, while also offering them the ability to choose their portion size.
This unit features two bright copper warming lamps with 7 1/8" x 7 1/2" series 300 shades that boast 500W of heating power in total. A tall stand provides adequate clearance for you to slice up a delicious meal for your customers, while the adjustable gooseneck and 18" x 20" cutting board offer plenty of room to comfortably cut your products. To make clean up easy, the black synthetic granite cutting board comes with a gravy lane to collect drips and juices. This carving station requires a 115V electrical connection. Light bulbs included.
