Vented and built with a matte finish, this hand mixer is easy to clean and features seven different mixing speeds that can be used with the QuickBurst button. This button also includes a burst function for additional power at any of the five speeds. Designed for maximum convenience, the mixer's lockable swivel cord even lets you adjust the cord to stay our of your way during mixing, depending on if you're left- or right-handed.

The product is okay and functions as expected. However, there is a gap between the logo and the machine where ingredients can get stuck and is fairly unsanitary for commerical kitchen use
